Development,construction, and use of pneumometric tubes for measurement of steam flow in the steam lines of PVG-1000 at NPP

A system for the direct measurement of steam flow in steam lines after a steam generator, which utilizes a special design of pneumometric tubes and a computing unit that accounts for variation in steam pressure, has been developed to improve the quality of water-level regulation in the steam generators of VVéR-1000 power-generating units in the stationary and transitional modes. The advantage of the pneumometric tubes consists in their structural simplicity, high erosion resistance, and absence of irrevocable losses during measurement of steam flow. A similar measurement system is used at foreign NPP. The measurement system in question has been placed in experimental service at the No. 3 unit of the Balakovo NPP, and has demonstrated its worthiness. This measurement system can also be used to determine steam flow in the steam lines of NPP units with VVéR-1000 and VVéR-440 reactors, and PBMK-1000 power-generating units. __________ Translated from élektricheskie Stantsii, No. 3, March 2007, pp. 23–26.     

Measurement System of Uniformity between Breech Horizontal Platform and Datum Tube Axis of Rocket Artillery

The purpose of this development is to detect the parallelism between the breech horizontal platform and the datum tube axis of the rocket artillery. The located aiming mechanism at the muzzle and located adjustment mechanism at the breech are designed in the system. Besides those, the system also uses an autocollimator with accuracy of 1″ and a collimating mirror together to determine the axis of the datum tube. An electronic level with accuracy of 2″ is employed to measure and display the value of the included angle and the parameter of the inclined direction. The entire accuracy of this system is σ≤± 9.1″. This paper describes the composition and the operating principle of the system and analyzes the accuracy. The development of this system supplies reliable measurement method for new rocket artilleries and artilleries, and this technology is of a good application prospect.

本文介绍了燃油火力发电厂油罐液位及温度数据的计算机数据自动采集及处理系统的结构和基于WINDOWS的可视化程序设计方法，该系统结构简单，成本低，采用RS－485数据接口可视现2千米内的数据通讯，是中小企业实现自动化管理的最佳解决方案。     

河南油田提高难采储量动用程度的做法

河南油田主力开发区已进入高含水开发后期,后备资源接替严重不足成为制约油田发展的瓶颈。“九五”期间,河南油田加大了难采储量评价和动用的工作力度,按照“整体研究、系统解剖、优选目标、重点突破、滚动发展”的工作思路,对目标区进行综合地质研究,同时运用简易开发、大斜度定向井、稠油冷采等多种开采方式动用难采储量,使资源利用程度逐年提高。“九五”期间共系统开发难采储量437×104t,增加可采储量63.3×104t,建成原油生产能力6.6×104t。文中以张店、新庄油田为重点,探讨了提高难采储量动用程度的途径。     

Performance Evaluation of Packet Mobile Communications through Level Crossing Analysis

In this paper the performance of a packet mobile radio network is studied inthe presence of shadow fading outage intervals.Under quite general assumptions for the medium access protocol,the probability mass function of the sequence of packets that may be lostdue to an outage interval is derived. It is seen that long sequences of lostpackets are likely to occur for typical values of the mobile speed andshadowing correlation parameters.For delay constrained sources, e.g., voice, the analysis is mainly focused atderiving the probability function of the sequence of dropped packetsand the probability of dropping. For data sources, the delay statistic isalso derived. In the latter case, the effect of finite buffer length isaddressed. Simulation is used to verify the accuracy of approximations introduced in the analysis.     

码头建筑物对水位影响的模型试验及计算方法

河岸码头建筑物势必导致其上游水位壅高及对码头附近水流流态产生影响。以汉江沙洋河段为对象 ,通过定床概化物理模型试验研究了码头建筑物对河道水位与流速场的影响。并基于能量平衡原理 ,采用河道恒定非均匀流水面曲线基本方程 ,结合物理模型试验资料 ,计算了码头建筑物附近的水位变化值 ,并提出了码头建筑物产生的水位壅高值的计算方法。     

一个基于相关存储的模式识别方法

应用相关的存储技术实现模式识别可缩减存储大小,但由此带来的饱和问题严重影响系统正常工作,为解决此问题,本文在分析现有系统的基础上给出了基于一系列逻辑操作的识别技术.该技术的实质是用一形式化的方法增加输入模式间的线性无关性.通过论证与实例验证,该方法是有效而实用的.

Effect of Channel Changes in the St. Clair River During the Present Century

Periodic man-made changes in the outlet of Lake Huron through the St. Clair River date back to the middle of the last century. These artificial channel changes have been well documented during the present century. They consist of dredging for commercial gravel removal in the upper river during 1908–25 and uncompensated navigation improvements for the 7.6-m (25-ft) and 8.2-m (27-ft) projects completed in 1933 and 1962, respectively. The total effect of these changes on the levels of Lakes Michigan and Huron (hydraulically one lake) and on the upper St. Clair River profile was determined with dynamic flow models. The ultimate effect of the above dredging was a permanent lowering of the Lake Michigan-Huron levels 0.27 m (0.89 ft), which represents a tremendous loss of freshwater resource [32 km³ (7.7 mi³)].     

测井资料高分辨率层序地层分析

高分辨率层序地层学克服了岩性地层对比穿时的缺点.高分辨率层序地层对比是等时的高精度的地层对比,它满足了勘探开发中地层对比等时性和高分辨率的要求.测井资料的纵向分辨率较高,是高分辨率层序地层研究的重要资料.提出了利用测井相分析技术,从测井资料上识别出单井岩性和沉积微相剖面,结合测井曲线特征,划分单井基准面旋回,并进行连井地层等时对比,这为定量地进行高分辨率层序地层分析提供了一种方法.通过研究区实际资料的处理,验证了该方法的有效性.
